**Job Summary:**
We are seeking On-Call Banquet Servers to join our team for events and special occasions. The Banquet Server will be responsible for setting up for events, serving guests, and cleaning up after the event ends. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Set up banquet room as directed by the event manager.
2. Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements.
3. Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
4. Clear tables and clean up after the event.
5. Respond to any additional requests or needs from guests.
6. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards.
7. Communicate effectively with the event manager and other staff members.

**Qualifications:**
1. Prior experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred.
2. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
3. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
4. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
5. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
6. Must be able to lift and carry heavy trays and stand for extended periods.
