Job Description

• Replace light bulbs.
• Restock supply room.
• Light painting in needed areas.
• Mow grass in designated areas
• Spray herbicides on parking lot and around building as needed.
• Other duties as requested........

• Starting Pay $18.00 - $20.00p/hr.

• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.....
• Gather and empty trash in offices, restrooms, warehouse, dock area, parking lots and transfer to external trash receptacles.
• Keep the restrooms in tip-top shape by providing attentive service, ensuring cleanliness, and promptly restocking supplies.
• Wipe all door handles including lobby, upstairs entry, doors to and from warehouse
• Maintain cleaning supplies and submit orders to Supervisor
• Clean interior / exterior windows
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Using company vehicle, you would be required to Transport / Pickup other employees that are picking up or delivering customers equipment...
• Must have an acceptable driving record...
• Must be able and willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs with or without assistance.
