Chiropractor Baltimore MD Partnership opportunities! We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Baltimore MD. We are looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor is compassionate, driven by patients’ success, and is looking for an opportunity with long term growth with a dynamic and continuously expanding practice, and partnership opportunity with no buy in. We need a Board-Certified Chiropractor licensed in the state of Maryland, with a license to practice physical therapy. Duties: Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports) Assess posture, range of motion, strength, and functional movement patterns. Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis Identify biomechanical dysfunctions, injuries, or disorders related to the spine, joints, muscles, and nervous system. Differentiate between conditions that are treatable through chiropractic/PT care and those requiring referral to other healthcare professionals. Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications , and benefits of continued chiropractic care Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments (diversified, activator, drop, SOT, Flexion/Distraction), Physical therapy/rehab, manual therapies and modalities Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes) Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments ( Establish short- and long-term goals focusing on pain relief, functional restoration, and injury prevention. Get authorizations on patients as needed Overseeing staff when lead doctor isn’t present. Helping set patients up on therapy Requirements: Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC) Active Chiropractic license in MD License to practice physical therapy Schedule: Full time (Monday- Friday with ½ days on T/Th) Salary (range): $80k-$90k to start plus bonuses Benefits: Paid license renewal PTO/Vacation Robust benefit package!
