Sparrow Company is looking for a COLLECTIONS CLERK for one of our clients in EL PASO, TX. This is a TEMP TO HIRE opportunity.


The Collections Clerk is responsible for the collections department at the Company. The Associate is in charge of collecting and negotiating clients private pays, communicating and following up effectively with clients and other departments regarding their accounts on a timely basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES


- Set up payment plans for private pay, international clients, retake plans, etc.

- Make collection calls and / or mail and electronic correspondence.

- Accountable for reducing delinquency for private pay accounts.

- Monthly reminders, delinquency notices and follow-through for all payment plans.

- Communicate and follow up effectively with clients, and other departments regarding private pay accounts on a timely basis.

- Provide excellent and considerate customer service clients and outside entities.

- Assist with weekly deposits when needed.


- Assist with other projects as needed.
