Job Description

The Communications Representative at Elle Seller is responsible for managing both internal and external communications to ensure the brand message is consistent, engaging, and on point. This role involves liaising with various departments, handling customer communications, and ensuring that all messaging aligns with the company's objectives. Ideal candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain clear, consistent, and engaging messaging for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage internal communications, including newsletters, memos, and updates for the team.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all external communications align with the company's overall strategy.
• Assist in drafting press releases, blog posts, and other public-facing materials.
• Monitor and analyze communication metrics to improve outreach and engagement.
• Handle customer complaints or issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
• Support public relations initiatives and media relations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a communications role or customer service is an advantage.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with communication tools and platforms.
