Job Title: Senior Computer Network Support Specialist (Service Desk Support Service Specialist)
Clearance Required: Must be US Citizen or Ability to obtain Clearance
Job Location: Rock Island, IL
Job Salary: $75K-$80K

Position Responsibilities:

• Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems, such as LAN, WAN, cloud networks, servers, and other data communications networks.
• Perform network maintenance to ensure networks operate correctly with minimal interruption.
• Provide second-tier support to end-users for PC servers, mainframe applications, and hardware.
• Handle problems unresolved by the first tier of help desk support.
• Collaborate with network services, software systems engineering, and applications development teams to restore services and resolve core problems.
• Simulate or recreate user problems to resolve operational difficulties.

Qualifications:

• • MA/MS with a minimum of 10+ years of experience OR BA/BS with 12+ years of experience. CompTIA Network + or similar credential.
