What You'll Do:
Provide friendly and efficient customer service via phone and email.
Assist customers with product information, order inquiries, and account issues.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and promotions.
Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction and sales.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.

What You'll Need:
At least one year of experience in an e-commerce environment.
One year of experience in a phone support role with excellent communication skills.
Minimum three months of sales experience.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience with Google Suite, Slack, Shopify, Help Scout, and Richpanel.
Additional Requirements:
Must be eligible to work remotely within the following states: AR, AZ, CA, CO, GA, FL, ID, IL, LA, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, SC, TX, VA, WA, WI, WY.
