Drafting Attorney (Recent Law School Graduates Welcome)

We are seeking a recent law school graduate passionate about elder law and estate planning to join our team as an Associate Drafting Attorney. This role will involve drafting Wills, Trusts, and other estate planning documents of varying complexity, handling property transfers, and managing related legal matters.

Responsibilities

• Drafting Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and other ancillary documents.
• Preparing property transfer documentation.
• Collaborating with the senior legal team to ensure documents meet client needs and adhere to legal standards.
• Conducting legal research as needed to support document preparation.
• Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all drafted documents.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar.
• Strong interest in elder law and estate planning.
• Impeccable attention to detail and high standards for accuracy.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions precisely.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
