Job Description
We are currently seeking dedicated Electrical Assemblers to join our client's team, a leading electronics company located in the Brazos Valley, Texas. As an Electrical Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the quality and reliability of our client's electronic products.
Responsibilities:
Assemble electronic components, parts, and subassemblies according to technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
Perform mechanical assembly tasks, such as mounting circuit boards, installing connectors, and wiring harnesses.
Test assembled units for functionality and performance, using various tools and equipment.
Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues, such as misaligned parts, defective components, and wiring errors, and take corrective actions as needed.
Inspect finished assemblies for quality and adherence to specifications, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including component usage, assembly times, and test results.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
Follow established procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Assist in other manufacturing tasks and projects as assigned.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Certification or training in electronics assembly or related field.
Experience with surface-mount technology (SMT) and through-hole assembly processes.
Knowledge of IPC standards for electronics assembly.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Electrical Assembler, Electronics Technician, or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with electronic components, circuitry, and assembly techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
High school diploma or equivalent.
