Job Description
Akkodis is seeking a Full Stack Java Developer for a Contract job with a client in Charlotte, NC(Hybrid) . The role involves working on both UI and backend components, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring software meets functional and compliance requirements.
Rate Range: $62/hour to $65/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Full Stack Java Developer job responsibilities include:
Designing and developing both front-end and back-end components of complex software solutions.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement business requirements.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across the application stack.
Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Java, Angular, CSS, JavaScript, and HTML.
Ensuring software meets functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.
Developing and maintaining automated test suites for integration, regression, and performance testing.
Contributing to continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Participating in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and story estimation.
Assisting in the design and development of scalable and maintainable architecture components.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Java Developer.
Strong proficiency in Java, Angular, CSS, JavaScript, and HTML.
Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle.
