Job Summary Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking an experienced and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant/Nursing Assistant (CNA/NA) to provide professional-level care to elderly patients. The CNA/NA must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to follow instructions precisely and in a timely manner. This is a full time position on Kauai. Compensation and Benefits The selected candidate will be offered an annual salary of up $40,000 per year, paid weekly. In addition to that, full benefits are available including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401k plan. Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Full-time/ Part-time On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities The CNA/NA for Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu will: • Provide patient care that meets the standards set by the state and federal regulations, as well as the standards of the organization • Assist elderly patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, mobility, etc. • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition • Maintain all medical records and ensure that they are updated in an accurate and timely manner • Participate in continuing education programs and meetings to keep up with industry standards • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor and/or medical staff Requirements • A valid and current Hawaii State CNA/NA license • Knowledge of medical terminology • Experience providing patient care in a residential setting • Ability to communicate effectively with elderly patients and their families • Must be able to work cooperatively with other healthcare professionals in a team setting • Demonstrated competency in basic nursing care and patient care • Compassionate and kind attitude towards patient care To schedule an interview, click here: Call 808 207 8558 for more details EEO Statement Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is an equal opportunity employer committed to inclusion and diversity.
