THE WORK

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve fintech loan products tailored to the Mexican market.

• Assist in shaping product roadmaps and strategies, ensuring they align with both user needs and business goals.

• Conduct research and analysis on customer insights, market trends, and competitive offerings in the fintech loans space.

• Support the execution of product launches, coordinating with teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and recommend improvements to optimize both features and the overall user experience.

• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, helping align priorities and refine product goals based on market demands and business objectives.

NEEDED EXPERTISE

• 1–2 years of product management experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.

• A solid understanding of the Mexican fintech loan market, including customer needs and regulatory frameworks.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions.

• Knowledge of financial processes and regulations relevant to fintech loans in Mexico.

• Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.

• A basic understanding of UX/UI principles, enabling effective collaboration with design teams.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach to working with diverse stakeholders.
