InsideOUTSIDE Spaces is Denver's premier outdoor living design and build company. Our talented and collaborative design team is seeking to fill a full-time landscape designer position to support our internal sales team. We are looking for a quality minded individual who works well with a team!

Our work environment is fast-paced but supportive, and very hands-on. We work closely with our sales team to meet the needs of their clients, and are sometimes out of the office as much as we are in! When we are out, we are spending most of our time on-site measuring, taking photos, talking with clients, and visiting local suppliers and nurseries. When we are in, we are spending most of our time sketching, designing and collaborating.

Job duties include:

Meeting with sales team members to discuss designs
Conducting site surveys
Putting together hardscape and planting designs
Putting together construction details
Doing material takeoffs
Revising drawings and takeoffs
Answering questions/receiving feedback from clients
Tagging plants at nurseries/sourcing plant material
Preparing permit drawings for various jurisdictions
Solving design problems as they occur in the field

Qualifications:

Highly computer literate; must be very comfortable with computer work and able to troubleshoot problems as they come up
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Photoshop
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in Sketchup a plus but not required
Able and willing to work outdoors to conduct detailed site surveys
Experience in residential landscape design preferred
Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field

Starting compensation $25.00 to $30.00/hour.
