Job purpose:

Physically work on all assigned contracts ensuring adherence to all specifications and meet all contract specifications, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain safety standards and repairs on all equipment.
• Receive direct supervision from the Lead Foreman. Much of the daily operation of this position will be without direct supervision.
• Maintain knowledge of all contract schedules and assignments.
• Maintain an organized inventory for all supplies and equipment.
• Maintain daily written records and reports.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Communicate clearly in oral and written form on a constant basis.
• May be required to drive a truck with a plow for snow removal.
• Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• During slow periods/off-season, paint Kennedy CollectiveSM locations.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent or 1+ years’ experience in the field.
• Ability to obtain OSHA 10 certification
• Must have reliable, consistent means of transportation to report to work
• Must maintain a satisfactory driving record, if in possession of a driver’s license.
• Depending upon the assignment must be able to work in a variety of settings, weather conditions, and locations.
• Knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office and the internet.

Physical Requirements:

• Move weights up to 30 lbs. on a constant basis and up to 50 lbs. on an occasional basis.
• Work independently; utilize good judgment and possess a strong sense of initiative.
• Snow plowing and shoveling, painting.

8am to 3:30 pm Monday thru Friday
