Zion Integrated Behavioral Health Services is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Life Coach to join our team. As a Life Coach, you will work closely with clients to help them navigate life's challenges, set and achieve personal goals, and live a more fulfilling and balanced life. You will provide guidance, support, and accountability to help clients overcome obstacles, develop effective strategies, and enhance their overall well-being. This role is ideal for someone who has a genuine passion for helping others and a strong understanding of personal development principles.

• Establish a supportive and trusting relationship with clients
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gain insight into clients' strengths, areas for growth, and overall life satisfaction
• Collaborate with clients to identify their values, aspirations, and personal goals
• Provide guidance and support to help clients overcome challenges and develop effective strategies
• Facilitate individual and group coaching sessions to help clients gain clarity, make decisions, and take action towards their goals
• Hold clients accountable for their commitments and progress
• Equip clients with tools and techniques for personal growth and self-improvement
• Empower clients to develop healthy habits and enhance their overall well-being
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and progress

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, counseling, coaching)
• Certification as a Life Coach
• Proven experience in coaching individuals towards personal and professional goals
• Strong understanding of personal development principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy and the ability to create a safe and non-judgmental space for clients
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
• Strong active listening and questioning skills
• Ability to guide clients towards clarity, decision-making, and action
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency in using technology and software for client record keeping and communication
