Job Description
The Manager, Marketing will execute our CLEAR marketing strategy for CLEAR travel products (CLEAR Plus, CLEAR Mobile, CLEAR Reserve, TSA PreCheck through CLEAR). Reporting into the Director, you will work closely with our channel owners and external partners to execute comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies to target new and existing CLEAR Members and TSA PreCheck members.
What you'll do: - Execute CLEAR's marketing strategy across multiple channels in the marketing ecosystem, ensuring messaging and campaign alignment; assist in developing the marketing roadmap and tracking KPIs for each individual product
- Lead and execute campaign moments (airport launches, new benefits launches, etc.), organizing cross-functional teams and channel owners to deliver a cohesive marketing campaign that will achieve determined goals
- Work closely with our Marketing and Communications channel owners and other internal teams (Marketing, Legal, Finance, Operations, etc.) to drive acquisition, retention, and upsell opportunities/Membership benefits usage for CLEAR travel products
- Develop strategic creative briefs that align to the business objectives, brand strategy and goals and provide actionable feedback on creative
- Assist with executing consumer insights research and other data-driven learning opportunities
- Review and analyze data to generate and share accurate and timely marketing results in the form of reports, presentations, etc. to optimize campaigns and find new opportunity areas

Who You Are :
- 4-6+ years of relevant professional experience in marketing, brand management, partnerships, program management or related function, demonstrating a pattern of exceptional performance
- Proven track record of executing marketing programs while managing complex, cross-functional projects with internal and external teams
- Account Management - experience in managing internal and external partners (especially with a focus on operations), building relationships, and establishing mutual objectives

The base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR's salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR's total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
