Position Summary:

The Marketing & Digital Media Content Creator plays a critical role in achieving Noble Texas Builders’ communication objectives by producing high-quality videos, photos, and digital content for social media, websites, and other platforms. As a vital member of the Communications Department, this position is responsible for managing Noble’s social media channels, including Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others. The role also involves coordinating logistics for special events and programs, producing content that highlights the company’s successes, and contributing to the overall marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Management: Develop and execute compelling social media strategies to enhance Noble Construction’s online presence across networking sites, including managing day-to-day activities, content creation, community outreach, promotions, and more.
  2. Content Creation: Film and photograph events, programs, and activities, producing content for various print and digital platforms. This includes editing, retouching, cropping, and color-correcting images and videos.
  3. Marketing Material Production: Create and publish marketing materials that align with the company’s marketing plans and objectives.
  4. Writing and Editing: Produce high-quality written content with excellent grammar and attention to detail, ensuring that all content meets marketing communications principles and standards.
  5. Graphic Design Support: Assist with graphic design projects across all departments, contributing to the creation of visually appealing marketing collateral.
  6. Campaign Analysis: Develop, implement, analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of social media and email campaigns to maximize engagement and reach.
  7. Website Management: Manage content on the company’s website using content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, with a basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
  8. Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate logistics for special events and programs, ensuring timelines are met and content is produced to highlight these initiatives.
  9. Flexibility and Adaptability: Maintain a highly motivated, flexible, and outgoing personality, comfortable speaking in front of groups and adjusting to the needs of the department, including working a flexible schedule when required.
  10. Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the department to support overall marketing and communication goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in photography, video production, and editing. Familiarity with Adobe Suite products, including Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, and Illustrator.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing best practices, with proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.
  • Content Management: Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset and eye for design.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to multi-task, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Positive attitude, ability to work well with others, and a highly motivated, self-driven personality.
  • Initiative: Ability to take the initiative, think creatively, and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines.
