Join our team at a female-founded luxury day spa where we prioritize embodying gratitude and community wellness. milk + honey is currently seeking extraordinary Nail Technicians looking to build authentic guest connections while delivering holistic nail services in a hyper-clean environment free of harsh toxins. We are hiring for all positions and our Full Time starts at 25 hours per week!- Full Time Plus (30+ hrs/wk)

- Part Time (<24 hrs/wk)
Nail Technician Responsibilities: - Perform a wide range of nail care, following milk + honey protocols
- Deliver exceptional, high-end customer service to ensure a memorable experience for every client
- Personify milk + honey's Core Values in every interaction with clients and coworkers
Hours and Compensation: - Nail Technicians work a mixture of AM and PM shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Average in- service hourly rate ranges between $32- $36, including tips. Out of service rate will be paid out at $17.28.
- 10% commission rate on sold retail product
- Nail Technicians keep 100% of client gratuity
