The ideal candidate will work in a dynamic healthcare environment, collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform lumbar punctures , fluoroscopy-guided procedures, and other specialized medical interventions as required.
• Assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history-taking, physical examinations, and ordering/interpreting diagnostic tests.
• Ensure accurate documentation of procedures, findings, and patient progress in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on procedures, post-procedure care, and follow-up instructions.
• Maintained compliance with hospital policies, infection control standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in continuing education and training to enhance procedural skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Certification: Current NCCPA certification.
• Licensure: Active Oregon state PA license in good standing (or eligibility for licensure).
