Team Red Dog is hiring a Power Validation Engineer to work with our client on cutting-edge AI silicon technology. This senior-level role focuses on power validation, data analysis, and scripting in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

• Silicon Power Testing – 5+ years of experience in power testing for SoC or system-level power analysis.
• Oscilloscope and Lab Equipment Handling – 5+ years of hands-on experience with lab equipment and measurement tools.
• Python Scripting – 5+ years of experience developing and running scripts for data analysis and automation.

Opportunity Overview:

This role provides the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI and silicon technology. You will contribute to the power testing and validation of AI silicon developed by Microsoft, working closely with a highly skilled team. This is a senior-level position where your expertise in power analysis and testing will play a key role in driving project success.

How you will make an impact:

• Conduct power testing and validation for AI silicon projects.
• Develop and refine Python-based scripts for data analysis and automation.
• Handle oscilloscope and lab equipment to take measurements and analyze data.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve issues in power performance.
• Contribute to the development of infrastructure to improve power efficiency and performance.

The expertise you bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in the field, with 5+ years focused on power testing and validation.
• Experience with SoC or system-level power analysis.
• Understanding of ML/AI workloads and power-performance trade-offs.
• Experience with lab power measurement and analysis techniques.
• Strong Python scripting and test automation experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills.
