Medix is hiring Remote Prior Authorization Specialists! You must have 3-5+ years of experience in authorizations to be considered for this role! This role is remote, however the ideal candidate will be located within the Greater St. Louis area, Sprinfield area, or Oklahoma City area!

Role Overview :

• Responsible for mutliple facets of patient financial account services
• Assist wtih patient benefit assessment, insurance verification, pre-certification, and prior authorizations!
• Coordinate all aspects of surgery scheduling
• Schedule appointments for patients and revise/cancel appointments as necessary
• Act as interdepartmental liasion and maintains familiarity with scheduling

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00-5:00

Location : Clinics located within St. Louis, Springfield, and Oklahoma City but will be remote!

Pay : $17/hr+ (Depends on expereince!)

Requirements :

• HS Diploma
• 3+ years of experince in authorizations/scheduling
• Tech Savvy
• Good Wifi Connection
