Overview The goal for the Retail Merchandiser is to assist the supermarket customers to achieve profitable sales by stocking and maintaining in-line categories and sections and promotional and seasonal displays. The Retail Merchandiser also helps to maintain Imperial's presence with its customers by building relationships with the store personnel. The individual in this position will be responsible for computing sales orders, pack out merchandise, maintaining inventory levels for in-line and display merchandise and resolve basic in-store issues for an assigned store or group of stores.

Ensure complete customer satisfaction
Stock Merchandise Ability to achieve excellence results in all aspects of store service
Locate and pack out product according to assigned service schedule
Accurately stock product according to plan-o-gram
Ensure products are correctly tagged, priced & ticketed accordingly
Clean & dust product and shelves
Rotate items with date codes
Ensure back stock is worked on a weekly basis
Maintain Floor Displays Clean, dust and straighten floor displays
Relocate products on display to inline sections when necessary
Re-price or re-tag products or displays (if required)
Cut in and make labels for New Merchandise on Inline sections.
Cut in and make labels for New Merchandise on clip strips
Replace missing shelf labels
Develop Store Orders Ability to understand and operate store order equipment
Administration and Support Prepare and complete weekly service reports via Tablet/Email/Fax
Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
Supermarket service experience or related Retail Route Sales experience a plus
General Merchandise (GM) and Health & Beauty Care (HBC) product knowledge and/or experience a plus
Basic knowledge of Microsoft office and Warehouse Management Systems Software programs
A high desire to grow sales
Highly focused on customer satisfaction
Self-motivated and ability to work independently
Valid Driver's License / Own- Reliable Transportation
Clearance of Pre-employment Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen
Physical Requirements: Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently to pick up and move objects.
Physical ability to safely perform job functions with or without aid of mechanical devices.
Ability to walk and stand, bend; stop and reach. Requires manual dexterity and sufficient visual acuity
