Road Supervisor

Pay Rate: $20.00 to $21.50 DOE

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Perris, CA

Must Have: 2 Years Comercial Drivers License with Passenger Endorsment (CDL+P)

This position reports to the Manager of Support Services and provides general supervision over Coach Operators and ensures a safe workplace.

What we're looking for:*

• Conducts Coach Operator evaluations and meets quota as expected per the SOP
• Follows up with Coach Operators regarding their evaluations and performance
• Ensures a smooth vehicle pull out process
• Effectively responds to accidents, breakdowns, and passenger related issues
• Monitors Zone as assigned and ensures service remains efficient
• Provides backup dispatcher relief as required
• Assists with customer compliant resolution as required
• Completes daily report to submit to the department manager
• Assists with disciplinary processes for Coach Operators on an as needed basis
• Ensures all Coach Operators are Fit-4-Duty when they arrive for work
• Communicates effectively with management
• Manages daily workflow through an assigned tablet

Must haves:

• You are at least 22 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Possess excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Punctual in attendance
• Must have knowledge of Word, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite and PowerPoint
• Ability to be an outside the box thinker
• Must possess and maintain a valid commercial drivers license

Good to haves:

• Customer service: 1 year+
• VTT

Terms and conditions apply.
Bonus will be paid in four (4) payments: 4-part payment of $500 after 60, 90, 120 and 150-days of service.
Bonus opportunity ends 09/30/2024.
Must be employed full time and working full time to receive each installment.

• Must have a Commercial License with a Passenger Endorsemnt on hire in order to recieve bonus.
  Applies to all new, full-time employees hired at this location between 6/11/2024 - 9/30/2024.
