Onsite to Phoenix, AZ
Must Have
Extensive project management skills.
Strong analytical skills; problem solving; decision making in complex and ambiguous environment.
Significant experience and understanding of working within complex change programs
Wide exposure to operational, business, and technical issues and their respective needs.
Proven ability to deliver to tight deadlines in complex and stressful environments.
Ability to priorities and negotiate with competing demanding stakeholder requirements.
Proven track-record of strong negotiation and influencing skills with senior stakeholders and technology company account directors.
Change Management Process Knowledge

Please look for an SRE person who has experience on ServiceNow SRE and AIOPs modules OR have equivalent experience in modeling a PRR(Production readiness Review) risk-based change management process using standard techniques and tools. (No Project managers)
