The Head of Global Talent Acquisition will be responsible for the global recruiting strategy at SolarWinds. You will lead and mentor a team of Recruiters, partner with cross-functional people teams, and collaborate with leaders and Hiring Managers across the organization to meet the organization's hiring goals.

YOUR ROLE:

Lead the Global Talent Acquisition team with an analytical mindset, utilizing best-in-class methodologies and practices across the end-to-end recruitment process. Create and execute global recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s values and strategic business priorities and goals. Lead and manage the recruitment effort for all global positions (college hires through executive placements) while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Collaborate with the SVP People Success, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to understand business objectives, role requirements, and develop and lead the company’s workforce strategies. Utilize data-driven recruiting techniques to ensure that the recruitment process is efficient and effective, providing ongoing talent acquisition metrics and KPIs to the business, Talent Acquisition team, and leadership. Partner with key stakeholders to shape and improve the employer brand, tailored to diverse global talent markets. Leverage recruiting technologies and tools (Greenhouse/SuccessFactors) to enhance the candidate experience, streamline processes, and measure the effectiveness of recruiting strategies to drive continuous improvement. Build and maintain knowledge of the competitive market, while staying on top of industry trends and changes. Collaborate with the People team colleagues on processes such as employee transfers, mobility, and job pricing.

YOUR PROFILE:

10-15 years experience across talent acquisition and the broader People function, ideally in a technology-based company. Ability to generate and analyze data and provide management with regular updates on trends/metrics. Be adept at storytelling with data and visualization of complex/nuanced data in an easy-to-grasp approach. Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent written communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced dynamic environment while leading a high-performing team. Experience in a global organization working across a variety of functional areas ideally with particular expertise in technology and commercial. Proficiently in recruitment software tools (Greenhouse preferred) and familiarity with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors preferred). Broad experience across recruitment from University Recruiting Programs up to and including executive placements. Creative and resourceful in designing the best talent acquisition strategies.
