TPG is seeking a motivated, dependable and safe Test Drivers to support an electric vehicle automaker in Wittmann, AZ or other assignments throughout the U.S. Successful candidates will test drive and evaluate pre-production test vehicles on a proving ground or public roads, conduct safety inspections, perform specialized test procedures and document findings on driver reports in a clear and concise manner. **Who we are:**

Technical Professionals Group provides validation, durability, mileage accumulation and quality testing services for vehicle and mechanized equipment projects and programs in the engineering, R&D, quality control and quality assurance sectors of the automotive industry.

* Valid Drivers License
* High School diploma or GED
* Ability to safely operate test vehicles in a wide range of testing conditions
* Ability to follow detailed instructions for vehicle and component preparation to begin testing. This may include but is not limited to full visual inspection of vehicle including tires, glass, body panels and interior. Checking all vehicle fluids, air pressure, and function of components.
* Ability to collect data through various data acquisition systems and communicate in accordance with customer protocol
* Able to work cooperatively in diverse & challenging environment.
* Test Driving certifications / experience (preferred)
+ Autonomous / semi autonomous driving (preferred)
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Other duties as requested, flexible and receptive to new requests.
