We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Wellness Director to join our team. This leadership position is ideal for an individual who is passionate about providing exceptional care to the geriatric population, especially those in memory care. You will have the opportunity to lead a dedicated clinical team, ensuring the highest quality of care for residents while fostering positive relationships with families, physicians, and healthcare providers.
In this role, you will:
Manage the day-to-day clinical operations of the community, ensuring residents' healthcare needs are met with dignity and respect.
Lead and mentor licensed nurses and direct care staff, fostering an environment of collaboration and support.
Build strong relationships with residents and families, ensuring personalized and exceptional care.
Work closely with community leadership to engage and support your team while ensuring high levels of satisfaction among residents and families.

A structured six-week orientation program and ongoing support from local nurse mentors and online resources.

Qualifications & Skills
Current state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and education required to obtain the license.
Valid driver's license.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with clinical leadership experience preferred.
Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and electronic documentation systems.
