Key Goals
Custom GOLF Orthotics
Why Orthotics Are Especially Useful in Golf:
- Golf involves repetitive rotational forces, walking on uneven terrain, and prolonged standing, all of which put unique demands on the feet and lower body.
- Custom orthotics can be tailored to fit into golf-specific footwear, with materials and contours designed to balance support, mobility, and comfort.
- Walking 4–6+ miles per round puts continuous stress on the feet.
- Golf swings involve repetitive torque and asymmetrical loading, affecting foot biomechanics.
- Uneven terrain increases the need for foot and ankle stability.

Foot Pathology
How Orthotics Help Prevent It
|---|---|
Plantar Fasciitis
Provides arch support and heel cushioning to reduce tension on the plantar fascia during walking.
Heel Spurs
Reduces heel impact and offloads pressure on the plantar fascia attachment point.
Metatarsalgia
Distributes forefoot pressure more evenly to reduce pain in the ball of the foot.
Overpronation
Supports medial arch to correct gait mechanics, reducing strain on joints and ligaments.
Supination (Underpronation)
Provides lateral cushioning and shock absorption to reduce impact-related injuries.
Morton’s Neuroma
Alleviates forefoot compression by offloading pressure from the metatarsal heads.
Hallux Limitus/Rigidus
Limits motion at the big toe joint and reduces stress during follow-through in swing.
Bunions (Hallux Valgus)
Provides medial support and realigns pressure away from the big toe joint.
Sesamoiditis
Offloads pressure beneath the first metatarsal head to protect the sesamoid bones.
Shin Splints (MTSS)
Improves alignment and shock absorption to prevent tibial stress during long walks.
Achilles Tendinitis
Offers heel lift and rearfoot support to reduce strain on the Achilles tendon.
Neuromas/Nerve Irritation
Relieves compressive forces by adjusting foot position and padding sensitive areas.

CUSTOM GOLF ORTHOTICS
Our custom golf orthotic is designed with many objectives in mind. First, the orthotic has evolved from years of Research and Development engaging professionals ranging from Licensed footcare specialists, physical therapists, kinesiologists, and of course golf professionals. The orthotic brings value to the golfer by providing support and balance in all areas of the swing from set-up to follow-though. This results in better balance, leading to faster club head speed, and added confidence.
We are most proud that the orthotic is also designed with foot health in mind. Golf enthusiasts suffering from plantar fasciitis, metatarsalgia, neuromas, arthritis, ankle, knee pain and others can count on a process designed to understand those factors that inhibit maximal participation in the game they love……Golf!
