Fore2Feet 180-Day Fit Refund Policy
100% Refund of the Orthotics Purchase Price for Unresolved Qualifying Fit Problems
Our Commitment
Your custom orthotics should fit the intended footwear and be reasonably wearable for their intended use.
If they don't, we want the opportunity to make things right.
Fore2Feet provides a 180-day fit-resolution process for eligible MotionForm3D and Heritage custom orthotics.
If a qualifying fitting problem cannot be resolved after the required consultation, adjustment and remake opportunities, you may receive a 100% refund of the amount paid for your orthotics, excluding shipping charges.
There are no restocking fees.
1. When Coverage Begins
Coverage begins on the date your original custom orthotics are delivered.
You must report the fitting problem within 180 calendar days of delivery.
The date Fore2Feet receives your first qualifying report determines whether your claim was opened on time.
A timely reported claim may continue beyond day 180 while the authorized fit-resolution process is completed.
No new claims for problems first reported after day 180 are eligible under this voluntary refund policy.
2. What Qualifies
Examples of potentially qualifying problems include:
- The orthotics do not properly fit the footwear for which they were ordered.
- The orthotics create persistent, unreasonable fitting discomfort during appropriate use.
- An individual contour or fit problem prevents the customer from reasonably wearing them as intended.
- A fitting or fabrication error materially affects the intended fit.
- An adjustment or remake fails to resolve the original qualifying issue.
Fore2Feet will review the customer's fitting information, intended footwear, supplied instructions and reported concern.
This policy does not guarantee relief from every medical condition or improvement in athletic performance.
3. Required Step One — Personal Evaluation
The customer must participate in at least one complimentary fitting consultation or evaluation concerning the reported problem.
This may be conducted by telephone, video, or another appropriate method determined with the customer.
During this consultation, Fore2Feet may review:
- The customer's reported discomfort or fit issue.
- The intended footwear.
- How the orthotics are being worn.
- Relevant order and fitting information.
- Whether a fitting modification or remake may resolve the issue.
If symptoms suggest an issue requiring independent medical assessment, Fore2Feet may recommend appropriate professional care rather than unsafe continued use.
4. Required Step Two — Complimentary Adjustment Opportunity
Fore2Feet must be given at least one reasonable opportunity to adjust or modify the original orthotics.
When a qualifying adjustment is recommended, the adjustment service will be provided at no additional charge.
If an adjustment is technically impossible, inappropriate, or unsafe, Fore2Feet may document that finding and proceed to the next remedy.
The customer must cooperate with reasonable instructions necessary to evaluate the adjustment.
An adjustment does not automatically restart the 180-day reporting period.
5. Required Step Three — Complimentary Remake Opportunity
If the fitting issue remains unresolved after the adjustment opportunity, Fore2Feet must be given at least one reasonable opportunity to offer a complimentary remake.
A remake is a newly fabricated replacement pair intended to address the original qualifying fitting problem.
The customer must reasonably cooperate with any necessary updated fitting information, scanning or evaluation.
When a suitable remake is offered, the customer must give Fore2Feet the opportunity to supply it and then assess the replacement.
Fore2Feet will not require a remake when it determines that a suitable remake is not possible or when the proposed remedy would be unsafe or unreasonable.
In those circumstances, the customer may proceed to a final refund review.
A customer who unreasonably refuses the required consultation, adjustment or suitable remake opportunity may be ineligible for a voluntary refund under this policy.
6. Time to Evaluate Corrections
After receiving adjusted or remade orthotics, the customer has 30 calendar days from delivery to evaluate them and report whether the original fitting issue remains unresolved.
The customer should follow the supplied fitting and break-in guidance where safe and appropriate.
A customer is not required to continue wearing orthotics that cause significant pain, skin injury, or other concerning symptoms.
When a claim was opened within the original 180-day period, completing an authorized correction and reporting the result within its 30-day assessment window preserves refund eligibility, even if that assessment occurs after day 180.
7. The 100% Refund
When a qualifying problem remains unresolved after the required resolution process, Fore2Feet will authorize a full refund of the price paid for the orthotics.
Refunded:
- 100% of the orthotics purchase price actually paid after discounts.
- No restocking fee or refund-processing deduction.
Not refunded:
- Original shipping charges.
- Separately purchased services that are not expressly refundable.
- Optional expedited shipping or other separately purchased services, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Sales-tax refunds will be handled according to applicable tax requirements.
A customer must return the original orthotics and any replacement pair supplied under the claim, unless Fore2Feet waives that requirement.
8. Return Deadlines
When Fore2Feet issues final return authorization, the customer must ship the required orthotics within 14 calendar days of receiving the authorization and shipping instructions.
The carrier's acceptance scan establishes the shipment date.
Carrier transit delays do not disqualify a return that was shipped on time.
If the customer cannot meet the deadline, they should contact Fore2Feet before it expires to request a reasonable extension.
Fore2Feet may close a claim for failure to cooperate with the required return process after providing written notice and an opportunity to respond.
9. Shipping Responsibilities
Customers pay the cost of sending orthotics to Fore2Feet for fitting modifications and authorized refund returns.
Fore2Feet pays standard return shipping of a qualifying complimentary adjustment or remake within the contiguous United States.
Expedited or international shipping arrangements are handled separately.
Nothing in this policy excludes shipping reimbursement or remedies required by applicable law.
10. What Does Not Qualify
The voluntary refund program does not cover:
Customer-caused damage: Physical damage resulting from an accident, deliberate misuse, or inappropriate handling that causes the claimed problem.
Unauthorized alterations: Cutting, trimming, grinding, heating, reshaping, or other modifications contrary to Fore2Feet instructions when those actions cause the fitting issue.
Incorrect footwear use: Using the orthotics in materially different or incompatible footwear when that misuse causes the problem.
Normal product aging: A new issue arising solely from ordinary material deterioration after extended use, rather than a qualifying fitting problem reported on time.
Changes in the customer's needs: New footwear preferences, a different intended activity, or changes in foot size or structure that arise after the original fitting and are unrelated to a defect or fitting error.
Noncooperation: Unreasonable refusal to participate in required consultation, adjustment, remake assessment, or authorized return procedures.
Lost products: Products that cannot be returned when a return is required.
Change of mind alone: Preference-based returns without a qualifying fit, comfort, or function problem.
What Does NOT Disqualify a Customer
- Normal wear from a reasonable fitting and break-in period.
- A genuine fitting issue that remains unresolved despite cooperation.
- A correction or remake process that extends beyond day 180 after an eligible claim was reported on time.
- A problem caused by Fore2Feet's own fitting instructions or authorized modifications.
- A qualifying defect merely because it also appears after some normal use.
Exclusions will be applied according to the actual cause of the reported problem, not used as automatic grounds to deny otherwise valid claims.
11. Fair Review of Disputed Claims
If Fore2Feet believes a claim does not qualify, the customer will receive an explanation identifying the applicable condition and the reason for the decision.
The customer may request one additional review of the decision by Fore2Feet management.
Fore2Feet will review reasonable additional information submitted by the customer.
Any discretion under this policy will be exercised consistently and in good faith.
12. Refund Processing
After eligibility is confirmed and all required returned products are received, Fore2Feet will initiate the refund within 10 business days.
Refunds will generally be made to the original payment method.
Bank or payment-provider processing time may be additional.
13. What Happens After Day 180
The 180-Day Fit Refund Policy does not create lifetime refund eligibility.
Customers reporting a new fitting issue after the original 180-day period may still receive assistance under the separate Fore2Feet Lifetime Fit Promise.
Lifetime consultation or adjustment benefits do not extend or restart the 180-day refund window.
14. Your Legal Rights
This is a voluntary Fore2Feet fitting and refund program.
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights involving defective or nonconforming goods.
